What’s the best way to contact Step by Step?
Step by Step’s offices are open Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm (01772 713819). However, after office hours, the phone is diverted to our out of hours phone.
What information will be required if I decided to register with Step by Step?
When you call Step by Step, we will be happy to help with any queries you may have. We will also ask you a few questions regarding your experience and qualificat.
What costs are involved when registering?
None! Step by Step has a policy of not charging anything to register. Providing you have a current Enhanced DBS, all the necessary vetting checks will be carried out free of charge. We aim complete.
What if I don’t have an up to date Enhanced DBS?
Step by Step will apply for an Enhanced DBS check on your behalf.
Will I be offered regular work?
Supply work can vary, dependent on your flexibility, work is often plentiful. There are never any guarantees, but if you leave a good impression when working in schools and nurseries, then the chances are th.
